Failures and maintenance
In case we have failures or planned maintenance we will notify you on this page.
If you are facing a problem which is related to reported problems or maintenance below we kindly ask you
not to contact our helpdesk. We are working on a solution.
If we are planning individual server maintenance we will sent an e-mail to the e-mail
address known in the Ensim control panel (you can change it yourselves).

Information:
This night at 01:30h our datacentrum suffered from a big power outage on certain feeds. Because of this a lot of servers were out of power.
At this moment the power supply has been restored. De maintainer of the datacentrum will start an invistigation.
Update (27/10/2008 @ 08:06):
The exact reason for the outage is known by now. Because there was a problem with the coolingsystem the UPS system got overheated. This caused the power to fall away five times.

Information:
Currently we're having problems with Dutch 13. The technical staff is already working on it. We will keep you updated through this page.
Update (23/10/2008 @ 10:11):
Due to a broken fan the server got overheated. The fan has been replaced and the problem got solved. The server is up and running normally again.

At this moment we are having network problems. We are working on a solution.

There is progress in resolving the problem. Servers will be back online any time soon.
Update (16/10/2008 @ 19:48):
All services have been recovered. The outage only took place in a network segment and was caused by a 3th party server.

Information:
On 30-10-2008 between 07.00 and 08.00 we will replace some of our switches. This might cause a short downtime of our services.
