Network information
General network information:
Equipment from Digitalus Webhosting is being housed in Groningen in one of the best and most secure datahousing facilitys around. We also have our own quality network (AS29590). Because of this we do not have to rely on other netwerk providers. We also have our own ip addresses.
Our network is being build up by using network equipment from Foundry Networks which are placed in a redundant setup. In case when a router is malfunctioning the other router will take it over.
We are using the following connections to the internet:
- Joint Transit (Global transit)
- Essent (Global transit)
- Open Peering (NL transit)
- NL-IX (Peering)
Contact information:
In case you have network technical questions/complaints/remarks you can contact one of the following departments. We will only process your email if it's sent to the correct department and contains enough useful information (like log files).
Abuse:
If there was some kind of abuse from our network you can sent an email to abuse@digitalus.nl. For example this could be:
- sending spam
- phising/scam websites
- unauthorised access
- illegal content (for the Dutch law)
General:
If there is a general network problem to other public networks (for example packetloss en wrong routes) you can contact noc@digitalus.nl.
Peering:
For peering issues you can sent an email to peering@digitalus.nl. We have an open peering policy (MD5 password supported). Our peering information:
